We just visited Angkor. Now we will cycle to Pnom Penh. How it is going on from there exactly towards southern Thailand we have not decided yet.

We, Julia and Holm, are going to cycle from Germany to New Zealand. On 1st of March 2008 we hit the road.

Holm: Because our laotian visa is running out,
we change to Thailand and decide to go along the mekong river, which is the
border to Laos. It is supposed to be quiet and without much traffic. The area
is relatively flat and with only little hills in some parts. So we are quite
quick. Very quick indeed, because the landscape is somehow boring. Probably we
just had too many spectacular views in Laos.
